  • The linked ski area of the Courchevel valley is 1,304 acres of mountain entirely dedicated to all types of winter sports. (150 kilometres of pistes, 62 chairlifts, to get the most out of your day’s skiing.
  • For beginners, Courchevel offeres the “ZEN” and fun zones, with 27 green runs and 44 blue runs to get you skiing in perfect safety. For hardened skiers, 38 red runs and 10 black runs will test your technique and ability.
  • Courchevel is also one of the resorts of the largest linked ski area in the world: the Trois Vallées, with 600 kilometres of prepared and maintained pistes. Discover panoramas and magnificent scenery stretching from the Mont Blanc massif in the north to the Les Ecrins massif in the south, as well as a unique view over the Swiss and Italian Alps to the north and east that the Trois Vallées offer. In a few hours you can reach the summit of the the Trois Vallées massif, the Pointe de Thorens (3266 m) at Val Thorens, by means of the efficient and rapid ski lifts in the area.
  • In the centre of the village you will find the two local ski schools, Ecole Ski Francais (ESF) and the smaller English speaking New Generation ski school, which has established itself as the ski school of choice for most British visitors to the resort.
  • A free bus service links all four Courchevel resorts allowing you easy access to a huge variety of bars, restaurants and après-ski activities.
  • Courchevel 1650 has a great selection of bars and restaurants. Some favourite haunts are Rocky's bar, the Signal Bar, the Bubble Bar and the Space Bar.
  • Eating out, options like the L'Eterlou (great pizzas), Petit Savoyard (local specialities) and La Montagne offer great food at reasonable prices. Also don't forget that the unlimited facilities of 1850 are only a 5 minute drive up the mountain.
